Over the past 15 years, John has built one of the most complete and successful construction companies in the area.  John learned the trade working for a local builder and soon became inspired to found his own company.    Iltis Construction has become synonymous with the highest quality and workmanship as well as one of the easiest building companies to work with.  John takes pride in every project like it his own. From large condos, apartments, and upscale homes to minor renovations,  the results speak for themselves.  John is very much hands on to make sure your building project meets his and your expectations.

 

Dianna grew up in a family of builders and came to Iltis Construction with 30 years of office management experience. As the company continues to expand, Dianna's management experience has become vital to keeping up with the business end of running a company.  Iltis Construction also built Dianna's beautiful new home on the Muskegon River 4 years ago.

Matt was on construction sites at an early age with his grandfather (W.A. Kozuch Builders) who made his name in Midland, MI building many of the distinctive Frank Lloyd Wright inspired Alden Dow designs.   Having worked on his own, and for several builders in the Big Rapids area, Matt built a reputation as a people person with an attention to detail.  It's these traits that made him a good choice to help our company grow with better customer service and a more efficient building experience.  Matt will be there everyday to guide you from the beginning of the building process to the end.
